As we are primarily based out of the north shore we charge extra to accommodate outside the area. Vancouver, Richmond, Burnaby, New West, Port Moody, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam are an extra $20. Squamish, Surrey, Delta, Langley, Pitt Meadows, Maple Ridge are an extra $30
